Restore Balance. Build Resilience. Unwind Pain.
Therapeutic Yoga, Myofascial Release, Core and Pelvic Floor Work, Holistic Pain Management, and Nervous System Reset
Welcome!
I’m so glad you’re here! One of my greatest passions is helping people feel better in their bodies—moving with less pain, greater ease, and a stronger connection to themselves.
My approach blends the timeless wisdom of yoga with modern science— anatomy, biomechanics, and mental health—to support your body’s natural ability to heal and thrive. Together, we can work on releasing tension, building strength, improving mobility, calming the nervous system, and easing pain through therapeutic yoga and gentle self-myofascial release techniques.
You don’t need to be flexible, experienced, or “good” at yoga. Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, stress, recovering from an injury, navigating spine, shoulder, hip, or pelvic floor issues, or just feeling a bit off, I’ll meet you where you are and support you with care and compassion.
If any of this resonates with you, I invite you to explore the site and see what speaks to you. I’d love to be part of your journey toward feeling more at home in your body.

My Story and Journey to Here
My journey with yoga began twenty-eight years ago as a young mother of two, navigating anxiety, chronic pain, and sleepless nights. In search of relief, my wise sister gently nudged me toward a yoga class. It was a slow and gentle practice, and after just a few sessions, I began to notice a shift. My symptoms started to ease, and I felt a sense of calm returning to my body for the first time in a long while. I had no idea then that yoga would become a lifelong anchor, helping me reconnect with my body’s natural ability to heal and offering lasting relief.
Over the years, yoga supported me through some of life’s most difficult seasons—including a cancer diagnosis, a brainstem stroke, and ongoing spinal dysfunction. Gentler styles of yoga helped me find steadiness and reconnect with myself again and again.
These personal experiences sparked a deeper curiosity in me about how yoga can benefit the body and mind, especially in the context of healing. That curiosity led me to Yoga Medicine®, whose blend of traditional yoga with a strong foundation in anatomy, biomechanics, physiology, and mental health resonated with me. Approaching the practice from a therapeutic perspective gave me the language and tools to articulate what I had felt intuitively during my journey. It also empowered me to support others with a grounded, evidence-based approach to care.
Later, I was introduced to Jill Miller and the Roll Model® Method, where I discovered the power of therapeutic ball work. It felt like a natural extension of my yoga practice—offering accessible, hands-on tools to relieve pain, release tension, support my nervous system, and bring awareness to areas of my body that had been holding stress or trauma for years. These techniques have become an integral part of my practice and remain a valuable component of my work with clients.
Today, I view these practices as a form of medicine. I feel truly grateful to be able to share them with others in a way that’s approachable, thoughtful, and rooted in compassion and care.
