Catherine brings a gentle and curious approach to the world of therapeutic yoga. I came to her with pain in my left arm, and she created a customized plan for me based on my diagnosis and a thorough assessment of the shoulder area and surrounding tissues. Her calming presence and her training in anatomy and biomechanics immediately put me at ease and built my trust in her expertise.

Our sessions included personalized exercises to release fascia, strengthen muscles, and help with pain management in the affected areas. Through her thoughtful guidance, I experienced an improved range of motion and discovered new, effective ways to access and support those areas. Thanks to Catherine, I now have a deeper understanding of body awareness and the interconnectedness of my body — and I've developed a newfound love for self myofascial release!
