Yin Yoga/Myofascial Release | 90 minutes of Bliss!

This 90-minute healing class combines Yin Yoga and myofascial release practices. The focus is on downregulating the nervous system while enhancing flexibility and nourishing joints and connective tissue. We use props, including blankets, blocks, bolsters, straps, and myofascial release balls, to deepen and support the twists and stretches, promoting the release of trigger points and stress. The Responsive Core
Sunday, March 7 | 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.
Updog Yoga Studio Tulsa
In this workshop, we’ll take a different approach to the core—less about bracing and more about awareness and responsive engagement. Using the Coregeous® Ball, we’ll explore how your nervous system, breath, and pelvic floor influence core function. We’ll also introduce Udiyana Bandha, the subtle upward lift of the lower belly, to help you connect deeper layers of core support without tension. Gentle 360° core massage will help soften the abdominal wall, improve mobility, and make both movement and breathing easier.
You’ll leave with a clearer sense of your core, less tension in your abdomen and spine, better flow between breath, posture, and movement, and simple tools—including awareness of the pelvic floor and Udiyana Bandha—to help your core respond when it’s needed—and relax when it’s not.

What the Fascia!
What the Fascia is a hands-on self-myofascial release (SMFR) workshop designed to relieve tension, improve mobility, and enhance body awareness. This workshop combines yoga, breathwork, and therapeutic release techniques, using tools like therapy balls, blocks, and blankets to target common areas of restriction, such as the shoulders, back, hips, and more.
