YIN YOGA/MYOFASCIAL RELEASE CLASSES

Yin Yoga and Myofascial Release | Updog Yoga Studio
Wednesdays and Sundays at 4:00 p.m.


This healing class combines the practices of Yin Yoga and myofascial release. The focus is on enhancing flexibility while nourishing joints and connective tissue. We use props, including blankets, blocks, bolsters, straps, and myofascial release balls, to deepen and support the stretches, promoting the release of trigger points and stress. WHAT THE FASCIA!

What the Fascia is a hands-on self-myofascial release (SMFR) workshop designed to relieve tension, improve mobility, and enhance body awareness. This workshop combines yoga, breathwork, and therapeutic release techniques, using tools like therapy balls, blocks, and blankets to target common areas of restriction, such as the shoulders, back, hips, and more.

 Perfect for anyone seeking holistic pain relief and improved range of motion. This workshop equips you with simple and effective techniques to restore balance and improve movement.
