Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, stress, recovering from an injury, navigating spine, shoulder, hip, or pelvic floor issues, or just feeling a bit off, I’ll meet you where you are and support you with care and compassion. Therapeutic Yoga & Movement

I create personalized sessions to:

  • Rebuild strength and mobility after injury or surgery

  • Improve joint function and postural alignment

  • Support conditions like back pain, hypermobility, and scoliosis

  • Restore confidence and connection in your movement

Myofascial Release & Roll Model® Therapy Ball Work

Science-informed self-massage techniques using therapy balls to:

  • Reduce tension and pain

  • Improve tissue hydration and fascial glide

  • Support the diaphragm, pelvic floor, and jaw health

  • Increase proprioception and nervous system downregulation

Pelvic Floor & Core Support

Gentle, whole-body work to:

  • Address diastasis recti

  • Support postnatal recovery

  • Improve core function through breath and fascial integration

  • Coordinate pelvic floor function with movement and stability

Nervous System Reset Sessions

If you're experiencing stress, anxiety, poor sleep, or burnout, these sessions may include:

  • Restorative yoga

  • Gentle ball work to release the diaphragm, neck, and jaw

  • Breathwork and vagal tone practices

  • Tools for grounding and body awareness

How We Begin

We’ll start with a full assessment of:

  • Your movement patterns

  • Medical or orthopedic history

  • Compensation strategies and fascial restrictions

  • Stress/nervous system state

From there, I’ll create a customized plan for our work together and support you every step of the way.

My services are $100 an hour. I offer discounted rates for packs of five (10%) and ten (20%), and can adjust for those who need a more affordable option. I’d be honored to work with you.
